Flame spraying

The material in the form of wire or powder enters the ignited mixed gas (oxy-acetylene, propane-butane, propylene) where it is propelled towards the surface (substrate material) that requires coating.

Spraying parameters:

• Coating thickness: 0.1 to 0.8 mm
• Porosity: 6-15%
• Adhesion: 15-25 Mpa

• Polymers (PEEK, PTFE, PA)
• Aluminium and aluminium alloys
• Zinc and zinc alloys
• Copper and copper alloys
• Steel
• Special alloys
